Project Management

It is with this vision and commitment that Basadi-Group has been formed to meet the growing needs of project management, our directors and key employees hold project management certificates. Basadi-Group is well equipped and poised to play its due role in meeting the growth challenges by providing integrated project management solutions.

Planning

As Basadi-Group we also have a planning and motioning system that helps to plan/ develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and allocating work volumes and resources to different components of WBS. Also matching chart of accounts is developed to track ex- penses and compares actual costs with earned values. Quantities, man-hours, materials, consumables, subcontract, and equipment & plant costs, etc.

Monitoring

As Basadi-Group while we plan top down we monitor our projects bottom up. Progress and resources expensed are recorded at WP level and rolled up for all levels of WBS. Chart of Accounts comes in handy to capture data. Astute planning coupled with rigor- ous monitoring provides us continuous control on the project and allow path correction before it hurts.
